- Judged by Carmen Maria Machado (Author of "In the Dream House" and "Her Body and Other Parties")
- Winning story performed by an actor in spring 2024
- Publication on Electric Literature
- Prize of $1000 for the winning writer
- Winner also receives a free 10-week course with Gotham Writers
- Entries limited to 750 words or less
- Open to writers of all ages and nationalities
- Each submitted story must have a title
- Entry fee of $25 per story
