About the Competition
Participate in the Stay Safe Online Short Video Competition organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). This free national competition is designed for school and college students, including pre-school, junior school, middle school, and senior school levels.

Competition Guidelines
- Submit only Short Films; documentaries are not accepted.
- The entries can be short live action or digital animation films based on the thematic areas.
- Short films should not exceed 5 minutes in duration, including the beginning and end credits.
- The recommended formats for films/videos are MPEG4 or AVI, with the suggested ratios of 16:9 or 16:9 Full Height Anamorphic in SDV/HDV.
- Films/videos should not depict horror, conflicts, or harm any living objects.
- Participants grant the organizers (www.staysafeonline.in) the non-exclusive rights to screen their film/video entries on their respective websites and promote them through social media platforms for awareness creation and other associated screenings.
- Short films/videos may be in their original language but must be subtitled in English.
- Films/videos must not represent any particular individual, organization, brand name, or religious theme.
- Short films not following the above guidelines will be rejected.
Submission Details
- Enter the competition by October 2023.
- Fill in your full name, email, mobile number, school/college/institution name, and address.
- Upload your short video in MP4 format with a size limit of up to 10MB.
- Complete the captcha code to affirm that your work is original and not copied from any other source.
