- Currently enrolled in a recognized course of study at any institution affiliated with a University in India.
- Age must not exceed 25 years as of July 20, 2023.
- Employees of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department are not eligible for participating in the competition.
- Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry; submitting multiple entries will lead to disqualification.
