- Water Conservation: Highlight conservation methods, water's significance, and the impact of wastage.
- Sustainable Tourism: Showcase responsible tourism and reducing environmental footprints.
- Biodiversity Protection: Emphasize biodiversity's importance, species conservation, and habitat restoration.
- Green Energy: Investigate renewable energy's benefits and adoption stories.

Participation Criteria in this Short Film Festival 2023
- Open exclusively for Indian citizens in three categories:
- School and College Students
- Civil Society Groups & Amateur Filmmakers
- Professional Filmmakers & Film Studios
- Short films must be 3 to 7 minutes long, created after January 1, 2022.
- Submission is free of charge.

- Submission period: September 01 to November 15, 2023
- Language: Short films can be in English or any Indian language with English subtitles.

- Best Film: Trophy, commendation, and non-monetary award equivalent to Rs 25,000.
- Two Runner-Up Prizes: Trophies, commendations, and non-monetary awards equivalent to Rs 10,000 each.
- Civil Society Groups & Amateur Filmmakers:
- Best Film: Trophy, commendation, and non-monetary award equivalent to Rs 25,000.
- One Runner-up Prize: Trophy, commendation, and non-monetary award equivalent to Rs 15,000.
- Professional Filmmakers and Film Studios:
- Best Film: Trophy, commendation, and non-monetary award equivalent to Rs 50,000.
